A licensed insurance agent was indicted by a federal grand jury in Greensboro last week on criminal charges of mail fraud, making false statements to insurance examiners, and making false entries into the books of an insurance business. Following his arrest, he bonded out of jail with the assistance of his Greensboro criminal defense attorney on a $10,000 bond.
