High Point police officers arrested a man this past week after he fled from them first by car and then on foot. The High Point Police Department responded to a call regarding a domestic disturbance case, but when they arrived at the home, they were informed that the suspect had left the scene in his vehicle. When another officer spotted the car and tried to stop it, the suspect fled on foot and entered another home.

He was eventually apprehended when he tried to escape out of a second story window. He now faces several criminal charges and is most certainly in need of a criminal lawyer in High Point.

It is unclear why the man fled initially or whether or not he would have been arrested on the domestic disturbance call alone. What is clear is that a qualified criminal lawyer can help sort out not only the charges and possible consequences that one faces in such a complex situation, but also what rights one has when confronted with criminal charges. In addition, a criminal lawyer will work to ensure that those rights are protected and upheld and will work for the best outcome possible.
